Rumor has it, yes I said rumor. Local community leaders are letting out a few tidbits that GM is wanting to reopen the recently closed Delphi steering parts operation. GM previously owned the site then handed it to delphi. All employees have been removed.They are supposedly in negotiations with the UAW about wages and all that goes along with it.GM may just be in the shadows. New owner, we shall see. Stay tuned
